EYES ON THE WILD is a cutting edge way to watch Common-Rare-Endangered birds & animals, LIVE, through your computer. Three years ago they came up with the idea to bring Wildlife to people that do not have the opportunity to view Wildlife in their natural habitat. Eyes on the Wild was finding it more and more difficult to find areas to watch birds & animals in their natural, undisturbed state.

They are doing this in a way that has never been done. When you view nature through EYES ON THE WILD you are viewing nature through a high definition camera in real-time. If you have high speed internet, it is the same as watching a live program on Television. Eyes on the Wild has also designed the system so the viewer will have the opportunity to control what they watch. These cameras will pan 360 degrees, tilt 93 degrees, zoom in and zoom out, all under your control. These features, unique to our camera viewing, make for some very exciting viewing opportunities.

Eyes on the Wild currently have two remote camera locations. One is located in central Nebraska along the Platte
River at The Crane Trust, Inc, in the 10,500 acre Crane Sanctuary. The Crane Sanctuary is closed to the public. Ninety percent of the World population of Sandhill Cranes (600,000) migrates through this area. This location is fantastic for watching the endangered Whooping Cranes & Sandhill Cranes during the spring & fall migrations. Also, you will see Eagles, Wild Turkeys, rare Prairie Song Birds, numerous Water Fowl, and much more. The other location is located in west central Illinois on private property, where the landowner has spent years managing and improving the property for Wildlife. This location is great for viewing Wild Turkeys, White-tailed Deer, Quail, Doves, Squirrels, several Birds of Prey, many Song Birds, Coyotes and more.

When viewing birds and animals through these cameras, the birds and animals you view are completely unaware
of your viewing presence. Our cameras are silent. Your chosen subject is never disturbed and is completely unaware. It is so rare to watch birds and animals without disturbing them. These are just some of the many features that make WWW.EYESONTHEWILD.COM unique and exciting.

The Platte River in Nebraska, and the wildlife that depend on it, are deserving of our support and protection. Drought and man-made influences have drastically reduced the water flow, gravely threatening millions of birds and animals. Measures are underway to find a solution that fairly allocates water for man and wildlife, but the agreement to and implementation of this plan may be years off. Please let your elected officials know of your concerns by calling, writing, or emailing them.
